Surag Manikoth comes with extensive experience in Software Development, Testing and Training for more than 10 years. He is an ISTQB Certified Trainer and also an expert in many automation tools including Selenium, QTP, QC and Jira. He has successfully trained more than 600 testers from the industry.He was a former developer in Kerala state Electronic Development Corporation and also a Computer Scientist in Department of Information Technology project. Presently he is working as a Senior Software Engineer in IIITM-K, Technopark and also a Guest Faculty in IDE, University of Kerala. His expertise in corporate training focuses on ensuring delivery excellence; enabling innovation and creating a learning organization. Working on effective team building and soft skills development is a vital aspect of his capability.
