  • Management advisory to an incubator start-up in Bioinformatics (currently on) - This mentoring work is honorary and has recently been extended to one more start-up in the Centre for Bioinformatics, University of Kerala. The promoters of these start-ups are research scholars in bioinformatics.
  • Detailed Project Report for a Knowledge Park in South India (currently on) - This is a one-time project and is nearing completion
  • Enterprise Architecture Planning Study for the Ministry of Commerce for an Asian country
  • This project lasted about 12 months and is now over.
  • RFP design and consultant selection for a UNIDO funded Technology Park Project in Asia
  • Management advisory for a large animation company in India - Due to a sudden vacuum at the top management, this company was nose-diving into huge losses. The work involved guiding the new management through the rough weather and stabilizing it.
  • Business Planning for a business school in India
  • Strategic consulting and management advisory for a software company in India
  • Advisory for developing a state-wide information management system for a World Bank funded road project in Kerala
